Authorizations, goods transport Azerbaijan
Unless otherwise provided for in a bilateral agreement, a transport authorization does not exempt a haulier from payment of road charges and other fees. It is possible to obtain an authorization at the border under the following conditions and at the prices indicated:
| if a country exceeds its permitted quota of authorizations, cost of entry and transit authorization | $100 |
| for reasons of reciprocity, Iranian hauliers must obtain an authorization on entering the country | $160 |
| if no bilateral agreement exists, price of authorization for nationals of the country concerned | $150 |
| authorization to load a foreign vehicle on Azerbaijan territory. same authorization for Iranian hauliers |
